Jill Esposito
Christmas Decor by Cowleys
Jill Esposito, a Brick resident, has been with Cowleys since 2005. Prior to joining Cowleys, she had seven years of experience in the pest control industry. Jill brings boundless energy and expertise to her position as Production Manager. Although she does anything and everything that’s needed, her primary responsibility is optimizing the daily routes for over 15 technicians so that our daily operations are flowing smoothly. Jill keeps tabs on the ever-changing “big picture” throughout the day in order to maximize the efficiency and productivity of our technicians and ensure that we consistently deliver the best customer service. To better interact and facilitate communications with our field technicians, Jill became a licensed NJDEP commercial pesticide applicator. She also developed a thorough understanding of termite control by becoming a Certified Sentricon® Termite Baiting System Specialist.
Jill brings more holiday cheer than anyone else at Cowleys. Nearly single-handedly, she manages all aspects of our seasonal Christmas Decor lighting display business, including scheduling, follow-up, account management and coordinating the elves (the elves think it’s really Mrs. Claus pulling the strings, but that’s our secret!).
Jill likes to spend her off-time relaxing with family and friends. With her husband, daughter, two cats, and two rambunctious dogs, there is never a dull moment in the Esposito household. She loves the beach and the Jersey Shore summers where she can just lay back and relax in the sun while listening to the ocean surf.
