We'd like to welcome Shannon Christensen to the Cowleys family as one of our Appointment Center Representatives! Shannon, a resident of Brick, NJ, joined Cowleys in April 2023 and her impressive job experience, professional demeanor, organizational skills, and warm smile has been a welcomed addition to Cowleys! Prior to joining Cowleys, Shannon has over 20 years experience in the medical and printing field and some of her responsibilities included taking patient inbound calls, sending statements, scheduling appointments, & handling billing inquiries.
Shannon will be the first contact that a prospective customer has with Cowleys. She happily takes on a wide variety of responsibilities throughout the day, such as scheduling service appointments, explaining Cowleys various services to prospective customers, sales, and answering service inquiries.
Shannon loves to bake, relax at the end of the day by reading a good book, and is an avid gardener.
